Napier cyclone damage causes delivery delays

UPDATE: ALL ORDERS DUE TO BE DISPATCHED 27 MARCH

On behalf of Poseidon Animal Health, our hearts go out to everyone across New Zealand who has been affected by this National State of Emergency, especially those in the Far North and Hawkes Bay, and those who have lost loved ones, precious animals, and homes.

With heavy flood damage and a number of major roads and bridges unpassable in the Hawkes Bay area due to the widespread damage caused by Cyclone Gabrielle, the manufacturing warehouse where our products are located was also badly affected.

Like many other businesses in Napier, our manufacturing plant in Napier was flooded, and apart from Digestive VM and Stress Paste, we have been forced to place other products on back-order while we work on other ways of packaging the products.

We thank you so much for your support and understanding in this challenging time, and hope you and yours are well.

We are working tirelessly to clean up, and aim to have new stock available in the last week of March. In the meantime, many orders will be delayed. We will continue to update this post as soon as we have more information, and let you know when we have resumed normal dispatch speed.
